The second is the Credibility Requirement.  Is your site credible?  Is it professional?  Does the image of the site portray a professional expert who cares about their customers needs or a business only out to make money? Will the visitor be comfortable giving their personal information or even contacting you by phone?   Is the layout and design appealing and easy to navigate?  Although targeted content is foundational, if your site is visually unappealing, you may lose interest because of poor layout and design. 

Finally, the third requirement is the SearchRank Requirement.  This requirement answers the questions… "What would my target market search for to find the solutions I offer and will my website be the first to respond?"  Is your site optimized in such a way that when your target market searches for answers to their questions or problems through a search engine, will they find you and if they do, will you deliver?

I believe wholeheartedly if a website has purpose it will be successful in producing committed customers for a very long time.  The more resourceful and solution oriented your site is for your customer, the more your customer's will come back for more.
